All of the holy sites of the Hebrews are in the Holy Land, and mostly in “the West Bank” where Abraham was given the vision to settle the Holy Land and Yehoshua six hundred years later made it happen, the Hebrews of the line of Heber by his son Peleg, four generations before Abraham, while the progeny of Joktan, the other son of Heber, settled the Arabian peninsula where that name is Qahtani, the progeny of Joktan said to be the purest of the Arabs.
