Iran’s Revolutionary Guard controls about 20% of the Iranian economy, including the ballistic missile program, so now that the IRGC is classified a terrorist group, that group’s biggest tool, their ballistic missile program, could be in great jeopardy, perhaps an incentive for Iran to pare it back.
