If as Pete Buttigieg says, that he hated being gay growing up, then why didn’t he stop that behavior or at least try to stop it? He hasn’t said whether he actually tried to stop, but if he did try, and probably having known that the Word promises deliverance from it (or at least the ability in righteous conscience to just say no), that he did not call it sin of which to repent means he really didn’t hate behaving that way.
