Rolling along nicely with Morning Joe today, Massachusetts Democrat Katherine Clark, complaining about secretary of education Nancy DeVos and the Special Olympics, then really stepped-in-it saying black female students are 12 times more likely to be expelled from school than white female students, which of course makes the case for school choice, that all girls (and boys) be extended the opportunity to attend not public schools, rather private schools where they can learn a different way.
