It’s never been determined that the Russians hacked the DNC emails which later were published by WikiLeaks, and Robert Mueller never contacted WikiLeaks during his investigation of Russia collusion, so why do you suppose the special counsel steered clear of WikiLeaks, and therefore isn’t it possible that somebody else hacked or stole those emails, maybe Seth Rich?
