The man who let Jussie Smollett off the hook, Cook County prosecutor Joseph Magats, said yesterday that he let Smollett go home free because the actor is not a perpetrator nor instigator of violence, which is patently absurd of course because Smollett was trying to gin-up racial hatred against constitutional nationalists by his fake hate crime report, Smollett an agent provocateur.
