When wacky Joe Biden was running for president against Barack H. Obama, in 2007 leading up to the primaries, he called Obama an articulate and clean African American, as a way of complimenting his (half) black rival, so we can certainly suppose that he feels the same way about Stacey Abrams can’t we?
