Devin Nunes is suing Twitter users “Devin Nunes’ Cow,” Liz Mair, “Devin Nunes’ Mom,” and Twitter itself, for scurrilous posts of theirs, and Twitter for shadow banning Devin’s content and not banning the fake accounts during the election in 2018. What’s great about this will be the discovery process, how Twitter does those malicious things to malign rather than promote free speech.
