None of the cities in the U. S., nor in Guatemala, San Salvador, or Honduras, are in the top twenty of deadliest cities per capita in the world, while nine of the cities in the top twenty are in Mexico, which tells us those from south of Mexico are faking their distress, and more border security is needed.
