Should a humanitarian crisis at the border of a nation be grounds for the president to declare a national emergency? President Obama called the southern border situation a humanitarian crisis (the trafficking of children, etc.), yet didn’t lift a finger, so isn’t Trump the virtuous one in doing something about it?
