Shouldn’t suborning perjury from a defendant (Paul Manafort) to manufacture “evidence” against another (president Trump) be considered a bribe, Mueller having offered Manafort his freedom if he would lie and say Trump was working with Russia to win the 2016 election? If that were the truth, then Manafort would have said so, to stay out of prison, yet shouldn’t we suspect that Robert Mueller offered that bribe considering Mueller’s prime purpose was trying to pin a conspiracy with Russia on Trump?
