This morning on Fox & Friends, effervescent Stuart Varney said that a trade deal is nearing completion between the U. S. and China; lowering tariffs for both sides though with a huge increase of U. S. exports of farm products and natural gas to China, making more difficult joint ventures in the U. S. with Chinese companies (which steal intellectual property), and further measures not yet known to curtail the theft of intellectual property from the U. S., so the stock market this morning may well respond positively.
