Mount Kailash in southwestern Tibet is said to be the abode of Shiva (Seba), Nimrod’s brother and a son of Kush who brought the concept of the ziggurat built by Nimrod (the Tower of Babel) to the Himalayas at the headwaters of the Indus river, Mount Kailash which is called the Nine Tiered Swastika Mountain by the people of the Bon religion, that mountain also called Sumeru or Meru considered the Axis Mundi, the purported center of the world and point of connection between heaven and earth.
