Vietnam has a growing economy because the communist government there is allowing a modicum of free enterprise, capitalism, such that private companies are being formed and succeeding, Vietnam without nukes, as North Korea could be in a few short years if Kim Jong-Un will be a reformer not a tyrant going down in flames like Maduro in Venezuela.
