The House intel committee, led by deluded Adam Schiff, can start their own investigation of supposed conspiracy between Trump and the Russians, but would that really be politically expedient? Schiff is entitled to none of the findings from Robert Mueller beyond what the DoJ will be willing to disclose, that’s the executive branch, the legislative branch free to open it’s own investigation.
