Had Jussie Smollett succeeded in his hoax to frame Trump supporters as racist, the millions of MAGA hat wearing Americans would have been put in further danger by that fraud, so why shouldn’t those millions of Americans sue Smollett in civil court for conspiracy to endanger or some such charge?
