Certainly fishy is that three counties in Texas along the southern border, Starr, Cameron, and Hidalgo counties, can reject border fencing according to the border security fence bill which purportedly will be enacted, so how and why did those three counties gain the right to reject border security fencing, isn’t that extremely odd, and who stands to gain do you suppose?
