Last year there were 1,200 murders in Juarez, Mexico, on the border next to El Paso, Texas where were 20 murders last year, so if there were no wall separating Juarez from El Paso (as the Democrats indicate would be grand), do you suppose the murder rate in El Paso would tick-up just a bit?
