Last night at his pathetic rally in El Paso, floundering Beto declared that El Paso is safe not because of the border wall rather in spite of it, so Beto apparently doesn’t think people know that in Juarez, on the other side of the wall, 1,200 homicides occurred last year, only 20 in El Paso, see the difference?
