Barriers need be utilized at the southern border of the U. S. to preclude illegal immigration because by the absurd “catch-and-release” policy, all the migrants need do is set foot in the Country to be free to go where they choose, and even if catch-and-release would be ended, more barriers are certainly needed unless you want the border patrol to just push the migrants back over to the other side!
