When you hear the establishment types such as Marco Rubio say that it would be a bad precedent for president Trump to declare a national emergency over border security, just remember ex presidents Obama declared 13 national emergencies, Bush 12, and Clinton 17, most of those dozens still in effect, yet after all the border fencing for security will have been built, this national emergency can be ended!
