Assuming a majority of the voting public wants Congress to end the government shutdown by accepting and passing president Trump’s well reasoned border security proposal, Congress is really in the hot seat this week, whether to pass the bill and move-on or delay border security and thereby continue delaying the paychecks to the furloughed government workers.
