The president’s broadcast from the White House today about the shutdown and border security has been moved back an hour to 4pm eastern time, perhaps to make some last minute adjustments to his announcement based upon the rumor that he’s prepared to give some DACA concessions (with the ending of chain migration) so perhaps the Democrats having responded to him about the rumor.
