President Obama’s DACA decree will probably be ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court this summer, so using that decree as a bargaining chip in the border security fence debate is a nonstarter, yet president Trump says he will treat the DACA people fairly, later this summer probably, when the fence will have been funded and its construction progressing nicely.
