Consecutive generations all the way back to Adam and Eve are recorded in the Bible, the generations back to the people in the Table of Nations certainly not disproven (rather proven seeing Category at right Proofs of History), but from there back to Adam and Eve not fully proven, yet all the genetic studies point to an original pair not to thousands of monkey-like creatures suddenly become human.
