Surely Strange Mittens Chuck & Nancy Wouldn’t Fund a Border Security Fence to Work Unlike the One Now Doesn’t

Chuck and Nancy (with Mittens?) say they could fund a border security fence but not a wall, so do they want a picket fence like at granny’s house or a fence which actually works?
