If a border barrier doesn’t work, such as the dilapidated fencing along the southern border (which now though is being upgraded by president Trump), then what’s the point of having a barrier at all other than to appear concerned about illegal immigration while really wanting more and more immigrants illegally pouring across the border to sap welfare and to vote Democrat?
