Russia is propping up Maduro in Venezuela by cash infusions in exchange for shares of oil and mining production, very unfortunate for the Western Hemisphere because Maduro would be gone by now if not for the cash infusion, so surely Trump is trying to dissuade his supposed co-collusionist Putin from helping Maduro further, in Venezuela where the people are suffering in horrific poverty.
