France and Germany should have much more interest in defeating ISIS in Syria than even the U. S. because the refugee immigration problem from the Middle East is a far greater conundrum for Europe than for the U. S., so why won’t Emmanuel Macron of France and Angela Merkel of Germany deploy a force of ten thousand troops or so to do the job in Syria?
