Today by tweet, president Trump said that deductibles are too high under the current healthcare insurance system, though without saying how to bring them down, which could be his way of pushing people to realize that insurance companies can’t cover people with preexisting conditions short of imposing high deductibles (and premiums), thus that a fund is needed to provide the healthcare for people who can’t afford the high detuctibles and premiums brought-on by their preexisting conditions, the money for the fund perhaps by tax-credited donations.
