Now that the federal judge Tigar has ruled that the invaders in Tijuana can enter the U. S. anywhere along the border to seek asylum, really the only way to keep them out is by extending the barbed wire walls even further, completely along the border, with rapid deployment nearby (using remote sensing and night vision) to stop fence cutters, so that all will be forced to use the ports of entry.
