Not only do the anti-Constitutionalists want the national popular vote (not the electoral college) to determine the presidency, such as Morning Joe are now almost saying the fact that the national turnout for the Democrats was greater than for the Republicans in the midterms would dictate that the blue wave should have been big, as if the national popular vote should determine every Congressional race!
