If you had told the Democrats a few months ago that the early voting turnout for these midterms would be huge, they would have rejoiced knowing that the Democrats almost always lead in the early voting, but have you noticed that the establishment talking heads hoping for a blue wave have not been talking much about the record-breaking early voting, because the Republicans hold the lead in the early voting? Of course the Republicans typically outperform the Democrats in the election day voting, so obviously don’t expect this fact to be much discussed either.
