After Trump gave a long and excellent press briefing before boarding his helicopter on his way to Texas, Ali Velshi of MSNBC said Trump lied, that the president said his Tax Cut 2.0 would be voted on before the midterms (Nov. 6th), but Trump never said that, instead that legislation is in the works and will be voted in the next Congress which hopefully will be dominated by more Republicans for easy passage.
