Certainly one of the awesome rock-n-roll ballads of all-time, “When the Lights Go Down (in the City)” by the great band Journey, sung by Steve Perry, brings back fond memories for the older set, and today Perry has out a solo album called Traces, so be sure to check-it-out, the man is a national treasure.
