ObamaCare was enacted because of a highly questionable Supreme Court ruling, it wouldn’t have happened otherwise, and so it goes with the Democrats, almost fully incapable of passing constructive legislation to appeal to over half of the electorate, which is why the red wave is almost assured in the midterms. Now the Democrats want to abolish the electoral college so that urban areas would decide elections without consideration of small population states represented in the electoral college system, and in the 1970’s of course, Roe v. Wade because they couldn’t pass congressional legislation for it.
