A poll taken by The Missouri Scout after Claire McCaskill announced her opposition to the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh shows Republican candidate Josh Hawley up by two points, it had been even, and the poll shows that 47% of women are less likely to vote for McCaskill because of her opposition to Kavanaugh, 42% more likely, which obviously is the reason for Hawley’s ascent.
