There is no statute of limitations on sexual assault in the state of Maryland, so the president should tell CBF to file charges against Kavanaugh in state court, and then if Kavanaugh would be convicted, he’d be removed from the Supreme Court. No indictment would come of it, because the evidence, except her testimony, opposes her story, which is why Jeff Flake is a disingenuous player, but we knew that.
