Black slaves in the Confederate South earned a wage, so to speak, in the leanest sort of way, forced to work for only their meager room and board, what we could call a below market wage (to say the least), yet similar is the situation of illegal aliens working in the United States, where in Texas, Beto O’Rourke says illegal aliens are needed to work in cotton gins! Some latinos in Texas supporting Ted Cruz would work in cotton gins if the pay were sufficient, which will be a big talking point for Ted Cruz against Beto in their debate Friday night in Dallas.
