Without saying Trump’s name, the establishment speakers at McCain’s funeral trashed the president’s style and purpose, in effect saying that McCain is what president Trump should be, which of course puts the blame on the half of America which voted for Trump, not a good way to curry favor with that half, and looking disgustingly opportunistic to many in the other half of the electorate as well.
