Frank Rucker and Janette McMillan from the office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General in 2015 repeatedly told the FBI, specifically Peter Strzok, that a Chinese front company had hacked Hillary’s email server to receive copies of all her correspondences, past and future, but predictably Strzok did nothing about it, after all, Strzok, McCabe, and Comey were helping Hillary try to win in 2016.
