A few months ago, the establishment media types were quoting poll after poll showing the Democrats with a 7 to 10 point generic ballot lead over the Republicans, but lately polling results almost never are discussed, which of course is not at all what would be happening if the Democrats were still polling well, so in fact, the Republicans may have take the lead.
