This morning desperate Joe Scarborough tried to make the case that U. S. presidents can be indicted by saying if one murdered somebody, that would do it, therefore, for a lesser offense too, but of course Joe forgets that Congress is to deal (by impeachment) with removal of a president from office, then to be prosecuted if indicted, a long-shot scenario from crazy Joe but such is his lot in life these days.
