In ostensibly trying honestly to pinpoint the etymology of the word Medes (Indo Europeans of central Asia), biblephobic Wikipedia cites several possibilities but not that the old Persian word for them, Mada, is like Madai in Genesis 10, a grandson of Noah. The Medes (progeny of Madai) with the Tocharians (of for instance Takhar, Afghanistan) brought Indo European language to the Indus Valley Civilization, today where the Balochi language of western Afghanistan is like the Sanskrit of India in some ways, and like the Medean language of ancient Iran, home of the Aryans.
