Everybody knows president Trump has a way with words, this time painting a picture that a four-year-old can understand, that Jerry Brown is allowing water to pour into the Pacific, water which could be harnessed to fight the vast fires in California (but for the environmentalists’ dogma that water levels in the rivers must always remain at least at the state-mandated levels). Of course temporary drawdowns of the river levels would last only as long as the fires remain rampant.
