Almost everybody has photo ID because otherwise making transactions can be impossible, while millions maybe five million voted illegally in the last presidential election because photo ID was not required to vote (among other reasons attributable to knowing governmental failure), so to not require photo ID to vote is meddling by the globalists to cancel-out millions of votes cast by legal U. S. voters.
