Dialogue of Critias by Plato Says When Atlantis Went Under Also Much of Greece Fell Away All Around Out of Sight

Although Plato wrote that the city of Atlantis was submerged by an earthquake into the sea in a day and a night (supposedly blocking the Strait of Gibraltar), when that happened it’s also written in Critias that much of Greece fell away out of sight, but an earthquake not cited, so considering that the duration of the “falling away” of land is not specified, it allows that was the end of the Ice Age when the sea level rose a few hundred feet within about a hundred years, when much of Greece “fell away.”
