In the United States where religious plurality is the rule, Islam is forced to be tolerant of Christianity, which is no surprise considering the Muslims are commanded to persecute even kill all non Muslims as practiced in the nations of the Islamic world, so Islam will continue to be seen anathema to civil society until the day that Christian expression is at least tolerated in the Middle East, expression without fear of persecutive repercussion from religious tyrants.
