Imagine the NFL following president Trump’s advice to fire all players not adhering to the conditions for their employment, such as to show respect for the flag during the national anthem, then would the players take-it-court to try to prove that their protesting the flag has not cost the league hundreds of millions of dollars, denying patriotism a part of the NFL’s business model for maximum profit?
