Rather than spend $65 billion per year in Afghanistan with 10,000 U. S. troops and 30,000 private contractors, BlackWater’s Eirk Prince says it could be done for $10 billion using 6,000 U. S. troops and 10,000 contractors, but with more big strategic strikes by the special ops, less traditional ground warfare, and of course the occasional MOAB, so the enemy would be constantly on edge.
